As a little girl, I was always told I was down to earth, possessed strong leadership skills, and conveyed a
strong sense of advocacy for the greater good.
Throughout my career I naturally leaned towards roles that put me in a position to help others, lead and
make change. My sterile processing career began in Human Resources where I was a recruiter for the
Operating Room staff and Sterile Processing areas of a large health system in Central Ohio. During a
conversation with the Operating Room Director focused on the type of candidate required to fill a Sterile
Processing Educator role, I found myself being recruited!! I took the risk and became a Sterile Processing
Educator, some years later a Sterile Processing Manager, then an OR Manager and ultimately a System
Director for Sterile Processing.
When I decided to step away from Corporate Healthcare, the natural progression for me was to move
toward consulting. Consulting had long been a dream of mine and now I make the promise to my clients
to fulfill my vision of founding the type of personalized consultancy I always valued. Thus, KJ Staffing
Solutions was formed- based on the expertise I acquired and the guiding principles I valued most:
